Terms & Conditions

By ordering from us, you have agreed to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Be 100% before ordering and submitting your order form. Strictly no cancellation of orders. Any payments made are non-refundable.
1.5 If you wish to cancel your order, you have to pay atleast 50% of the total price.
2. All items are shipped from outside the country. It would take weeks to arrive at our local address. Holidays and unforeseen circumstances may affect the ETA.
3. I will not be liable for any damages and missing inclusions for sealed items caused by the distributor/company.
4. A late fee of P50 per day will be incurred if payment is not made on the DOP.
5. Deadline of Payment (DOP) is final unless otherwise stated.
6. Orders are non-refundable unless the item is out-of-stock or if the supplier cancels.
7. International shipping fees and other fees are not included in the unit price of every item unless stated in the order confirmation. ISF will be divided according to the number of items in the box.
7.5 However, local shipping fees, if applicable, must be shouldered by the customer and must be paid in full prior the deadline.
9. We will not be held liable for defects and damages caused by both international and local shipping.
10. If you’re a minor ordering from us, make sure that you have your parent’s/guardian’s permission.
11. Make sure to take an unboxing video before opening your parcels in case there are missing or wrong items. No unboxing video. No replacement.
